CASE REPORT
Patient History
A 56 year old white male presented needing a new glasses prescription and contact lenses. His past ocular history includes a macular scar on his right eye (OD), Radial Keratotomy (RK) refractive surgery in 1995 on his left eye (OS), corneal ectasia in his left eye, and he has worn contact lenses for 40 years. His past medical history includes hypetension and occasional gout. He has had a hernia repair, cholecystectomy, and his adrenal gland removed.
